The news was confirmed to us directly by AEC president Sherif el Beltagy.

In the two previous editions the meeting gathered more than 200 Egyptian companies presenting high quality fresh produce (such as strawberries, citrus, onions, potatoes, grapes, capsicum, green beans, iceberg...) as well as processed food products (such as juice, dairy products, olive oil, olives, frozen fruit and vegetables etc.) and cut flowers. 

Some 1000 visitors from throughout the world  attended the event including importers, wholesalers, distributors, as well as representatives of discount stores, retail chains and supermarkets.  

The event is a unique opportunity for international buyers to meet with all main Egyptian producing and exporting companies, to make contacts and discuss closely on business opportunities.  

The event is organized by Egypt's leading organizations such as AEC (Agriculture Export Council), the Food Export Council and the Industrial Modernization Centre (IMC), and it will be held in the Sharm El Sheikh Maritim Congress Center.
