FRANCE, START OF LATE CHERRY CAMPAIGN
The second phase of the 2012 cherry campaign has just begun with good market prospects. Late varieties are now protagonist of the supply and will be available for supplies until late July. Sales and consumption remain active.
27/06/2012 11:55The supply is now coming mainly from the French regions “Monts du Lyonnais”, the Loire Valley and Mont Ventoux, according to the AOP Cerises de France.
The AOP Cerises de France brings together producer organizations and associations of shippers specializing in cherries. Their members are present in the most important French production areas.
